NIGEL STEVENS
FOUNDER
Nigel Stevens is founder and CEO of Conscient, over the course of his 30-year career, he has held senior management positions in technology companies in the United Kingdom and the United States. He was most recently European Managing Director of IO (a large data centre company), prior to that he was on the board of Infinity SDC as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Global Crossing.
CRAIG PENFOLD
DIRECTOR
Craig has more than 30 years’ experience in international marketing, sales and general management with enterprise hardware and software organisations. He has worked for a range of companies including startups, VC funded scale-ups and global publicly listed organisations. Craig is passionate about helping technology businesses grow by finding, engaging and communicating with new and existing customers.
PHIL MALE
ADVISOR

Phil has more than 25 years’ experience as an Executive Director, 12 years in the FTSE 100/250, 3 IPO’s and 14 M&A transactions; small startups to large global corporates, disruptive technology and high growth, listed, private, and VC/PE backed businesses. Phil has an extensive background in content, media, internet and telecoms working for some of the largest tech firms in the industry. Phil has a passion for all things digital.
KAREN HISCOCK
ACCOUNT DELIVERY DIRECTOR

Karen is a seasoned technology marketing professional with experience in hardware, software, telecommunications, and professional services. She develops and implements effective multi-channel marketing strategies that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth. With insights from both the client and agency perspectives, Karen likes collaborating with clients’ marketing teams to enhance their strategic and tactical campaigns.
TAMZIN KERSLAKE
ACCOUNT DELIVERY MANAGER

Tamzin is a CIM qualified marketing professional with an expertise in digital communications. She leverages data-driven analysis and market knowledge to craft seamless, integrated campaigns with compelling content marketing strategies unique to our clients. She is proficient in event organisation. Her role within Conscient ensures client happiness and success through impactful, data-informed digital initiatives.
GILES BUCK
DESIGN DIRECTOR

Giles is a Graphic Communications graduate from Bath Spa University, specialising in Video Animation and Advertising. Having gained 8 years of digital and print design experience, he has an excellent understanding of the latest design techniques, marketing and social media communications.
CHLOE DAVISON
GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Chloe is a Graphic Communications graduate with over four years of experience in Brand Communication and Design. Her skills span across branding, video and web design. Allowing her to craft cohesive, engaging visuals across multiple platforms. Known for her creative flair, Chloe consistently delivers high-quality collateral that elevates brands and drives results for our clients.
